Welcome to Kootr (the "App"), owned and operated by Kootr Ventures (OPC) Private Limited, registered in India with its registered office at 62 Patrakar Colony, Saket, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Pin 452018 ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our App and services offered therein ("Services"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, we advise you to not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher) to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

• To access certain features, you may be required to register and create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in India.
• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion if we believe you are violating these Terms.

We have a zero tolerance policy towards content that is deemed unparliamentary and any listings, chat messages and users found in violation of this policy will be removed permanently immediately and in the requisite matters also reported to the appropriate authorities.

Users are encouraged to report such listings and any other objectionable content via the Help & Support section in your Profile.

Full refund will be made within 24 hours after a Handover is rejected by the Traveler.

For any other refund claims, including those in which Traveler fails to complete Delivery after Handover, Kootr will review Kootr chat history between the parties and process a refund within 3 working days if the claim is found to be legitimate.

The amount is non-refundable if it is found that the Recipient and/or Sender was/were not responsive on Kootr chat to several outreaches from the Traveler in trying to complete the Delivery.

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the App are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of its content.

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (please see section B below), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless approved by Kootr and/or required by law.
• Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes as per Indian law.
• You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

The App is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App or the accuracy of any content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its proprietors, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ranchi.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by other means. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
